You know all about your bad habits – your reliance on processed foods and diet soda, your tendency to skip the gym, your deep, deep affection for pizza and fries, your 4 cups of coffee a day, your lack of adequate sleep, your through-the-roof stress level. What if dropping all of those habits and circumstances overnight is just not gonna happen? Are you doomed to never being able to release your excess weight?

Let your new, healthy habit gradually sink in. Then, when it’s locked in place, add another small change. Don’t even think about the things you’re not yet doing. Just build momentum. Slowly, without fighting your body.
